First and second reading of a bylaw to adopt the Financial Plan for 2022 - 2026


Recommendation:


THAT the bylaw cited as "Financial Plan 2023 – 2027 Bylaw, 2023, No. 3233" be read a first and second time.

Final reading of a bylaw to establish the City’s records management system and to designate and authorize a City of Langley Officer to act on behalf of the City to manage and maintain the records management system


Recommendation:


THAT the bylaw cited as "Records Management Bylaw, 2023, No. 3231" be read a final time.

January 16, 2023:


THAT the following individuals be appointed to the respective Advisory Body for the indicated term:


Advisory Design Panel – One (1) year term:

THAT Nathan Balasubramanian be appointed as a Member at Large on the 2023 Crime Prevention Committee for a one-year term.

THAT the Terms of Reference of the Environmental  Sustainability Committee be amended to increase the number of members at large from two to four. 

THAT Stafford Richter and Zana Gordon be appointed as Members at Large on the 2023 Environmental Sustainability Committee for a one-year term.
