To amend the Zoning Bylaw, 1996, No. 2100 to rezone the properties located at 20350 & 20370 Logan Avenue from the C2 Service Commercial and CD12 Comprehensive Development Zones to the C1 Downtown Commercial Zone to accommodate a 6-storey, mixed-use development comprising 144 condominium apartments and 287 m2 of commercial floor space.
