Bylaw 3266 - 2024-2028 Financial Plan Bylaw

Final reading of a bylaw to adopt the Financial Plan 2024 - 2028.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the bylaw cited as "Financial Plan 2024 – 2028 Bylaw, 2024, No. 3266" be read a final time.

Bylaw 3270 - Development Application Procedures Bylaw

First, second and third reading of a bylaw to establish procedures to amend the Official Community Plan, Zoning Bylaw or a Land Use Contract and to issue a permit under Part 14 of the Local Government Act.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the bylaw cited as "Development Application Procedures Bylaw, 2024, No. 3270" be read a first, second and third time.
