THAT the motion adopted at the September 9, 2024 Regular Council Meeting which reads, "THAT consideration of the Solid Waste and Organics Collection Services Contract Award recommendations be deferred to the September 23rd meeting.", be amended by replacing the words, "September 23rd" with the words, "October 7th".
