The land on which we gather is on the traditional unceded territory of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Matsqui and Semiahmoo First Nations.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the November 3, 2025 special meeting agenda be adopted as circulated.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

A Committee of the Whole meeting provides Council a greater opportunity to speak to and debate specific agenda items.

RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council commence Committee of the Whole.

2026 - 2030 Financial Plan Review (2026 Budget) - 90 minutes - 5:00pm

Staff responses to questions from Council from the October 20th Council meeting.
