LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The land on which we gather is on the traditional unceded territory of the Katzie, Kwantlen, Matsqui and Semiahmoo First Nations.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the January 12, 2026 special meeting agenda be adopted as circulated.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

A Committee of the Whole meeting provides Council a greater opportunity to speak to and debate specific agenda items.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT Council commence Committee of the Whole.

Transportation 2050 – Final Draft Report - 30 minutes - 5:45pm

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the report “Transportation 2050 – Draft Final Report” be received for consideration.

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - RISE AND REPORT

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT Committee of the Whole rise and report.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Ratification of recommendations as required.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the following recommendation from the Committee of the Whole be ratified:

THAT the report “Transportation 2050 – Draft Final Report” be received for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT the following recommendation from the December 8, 2025 Committee of the Whole be ratified:

THAT Council receive the report entitled “Updated Community Grants Policy CO-51 Review & Feedback Opportunity” for information.
